Life is unpredictable. Bad things happen. Sometimes, really bad things happen. Throughout your lifetime you may face tough moments. Some moments tougher than others.

It’s a natural human reaction to feel overwhelmed or helpless, to not know what way is forward. Living with trauma, anxiety and overwhelm takes its toll.  It’s why strengthening your inner resources is so important. Building inner resilience allows you to understand and experience gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning and forgiveness.

Developing resilience is complex and deeply personal. It’s not a one-sized-fits-all-approach. It’s why I’m here to support you. To help you discover what works for you and how you can become flexible, adaptable and persevere through life’s daily stressors and tough moments.

Together we’ll work through your social support, realistic planning, self-esteem, coping and communication skills and emotional regulation.

When you develop your resilience, you’ll be able to tap into your strengths, coping strategies and support systems to overcome challenges and work through problems.

Building Inner Resilience – 3 Month Coaching Support $1500

What’s included?

We begin by spending 1.5 hours together either in-person or via Zoom call. Followed by a bespoke 30-minute Mindfulness Session.

Going forward we’ll come together for a 1-hour session each fortnight for the remainder of the 3 Month Coaching Support package.

You’ll receive a weekly email where I check in on your progress and include bespoke tips and resources.

Building Inner Resilience – 6 Month Coaching Support $3000

What’s included?

We begin by spending 1.5 hours together either in-person or via Zoom call. Followed by a bespoke 30-minute Mindfulness Session.

Going forward we’ll come together for a 1-hour session each fortnight for the remainder of the 6 Month Coaching Support package.

You’ll receive a weekly email where I check in on your progress and include bespoke tips and resources.

Building Inner Resilience – 1hr Coaching Support $250

What’s included?

After you’ve completed your 3- or 6-month coaching support sessions you may like to check in from time-to-time. 

I hold time and space for all people who have completed Resilience Coaching. I’m by your side as you journey through life.
